Chasity Fortune

Chasity Fortune has joined Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care in Madison as a nurse practitioner.

Fortune earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She has experience in urgent care and integrated behavioral health, as well as caring for patients at an advanced age.

The urgent care facility is opened seven days a week providing a variety of car in non-life-threatening health conditions and injuries.
