Charlie Potts

Briskman & Binion PC Partner Charlie Potts has been elected president of the Mobile Bar Association for 2021.

Potts has extensive experience in jury, non-jury and appellate civil practice. Founded in 1869, the Mobile Bar Association is one of the oldest bar associations in the United States and is the oldest in Alabama.

Potts also currently serves on the Mobile Bar Association’s Judicial Nominating Committee for Mobile County, whose task it is to nominate qualified candidates to fill judicial vacancies in Mobile County to the governor of Alabama.
