Charles Fleischmann

Charles Fleischmann has joined Maynard Cooper & Gale in the firm’s Compliance, Investigations and White Collar Defense Practice.

He has six years of experience working in a large firm’s Washington, D.C. office representing clients in government investigations and compliance matters. He also has assisted clients in response to FBI, Department of Justice and Congressional investigations and subpoenas.

In addition, Fleischmann advises clients in matters regarding data privacy and security, government contracting, campaign finance and compliance and export controls and sanctions. He earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his bachelor’s from Washington & Lee University.
