Johnny Osborne has joined Alliant Insurance Services as senior vice president within its Alliant Americas division. He is based in Huntsville and will help expand the company’s presence in the Southeast.

Marty Irby, founder and president of Capitol South LLC, has been named one of The Hill’s Top Lobbyists for 2024, marking his fifth appearance on the list. He is a native of Mobile.
