Capstone Building completes Anthem Apartments

The $67 million project in Huntsville provides units in multiple configurations

Capstone Building Corp. has completed Anthem Apartments, a $67 million project in Huntsville developed by EYC Companies and The Kalikow Group.

Anthem Apartments covers 507,943 square feet with 312 garden-style multifamily units, 48 garage units and 94 single family cottages and duplexes with front porches, backyards and detached garages. The floor plans include studio, one, two and three-bedroom units with high ceilings, modern lighting, luxury vinyl tiling and smart amenities like 24/7 package locker system including cold storage for grocery delivery, smart locks and thermostats and Google fiber internet.

Anthem Apartments sports two saltwater pools and clubhouses, plus poolside cabanas.

Other amenities on the property include two clubhouses with saltwater pools, 1,000-square-foot fitness center, firepit terraces, expansive bark park, lighted pickleball courts, one and two-car garages, playground and micro-offices. The apartments are located west of Research Park Boulevard and north of Cummings Research Park and Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville.
