
Candace Johnson has been named Flawless Delivery hospitality training coordinator for Central Alabama by the Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourist Association.
In this role, she will lead training efforts across Central Alabama, working directly with tourism partners, hospitality businesses and community stakeholders to elevate service standards, strengthen workforce development and support long-term economic growth through tourism.
Johnson has more than 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, tourism, hospitality and project management. She has worked with both small and large-scale projects, helping organizations enhance their visibility and deliver meaningful results.
“Candace brings a unique combination of strategic communication skills and hands-on hospitality experience,” said Tami Reist, Flawless program manager and president and CEO of the Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourist Association. “Her ability to build relationships, manage projects and help organizations tell their story makes her an incredible asset to our Flawless Delivery program and to the Central Alabama communities she will serve.”
The Flawless Delivery Hospitality Certification Training program is designed to equip tourism and hospitality professionals with the tools, soft skills and mindset needed to deliver exceptional visitor experiences while supporting workforce retention and destination growth.
