Byron Allen, the comedian and TV host who now owns 36 TV stations, has acquired WCOV, the Fox affiliate in Montgomery. Allen purchased the station from David Woods for $28.5 million in cash. – Yahoo! News

Culverhouse launches Executive Education program
The University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business in January will launch its Executive Education program, featuring programs for decision-makers and senior practitioners. Montgomery airport has new executive director
