Huntsville IT company sold

Meriplex, a Houston-based technology solutions company, has acquired Huntsville’s F1 Solutions. F1 Solutions is a veteran-owned company that has served the defense industry and other North Alabama businesses for 25 years. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.  – Cision

Alabama company among those working on NASA inflatable decelerator
