Birmingham-based Brasfield & Gorrie has been named Southeast Contractor of the Year by ENR Texas & Southeast.
It’s the third time Brasfield & Gorrie has earned the title, and this latest honor comes on the heels of a record-breaking $7.7 billion in revenue in 2025 and $10.2 billion projected in 2026.
“This one belongs to our teammates,” said Rob Blalock, CEO of Brasfield & Gorrie. “They show up every day, do the hard work and take real ownership of the outcomes. That’s what this award is for. We’ve built something worth being proud of over 60 years, and the goal now is to keep earning that same trust for the next 60. That’s the part that gets me excited.”
Brasfield & Gorrie is one of the largest privately held contractors in the United States, with 13 offices in eight states. The company earned the inaugural Southeast Contractor of the Year title from ENR in 2009 and last won it in 2021. ENR is the Engineering News-Record.
