Boeing Starliner launch scrubbed again
A planned Saturday launch of the crewed Boeing Starliner, with a rocket designed by United Launch Alliance in Decatur, was scrubbed with about four minutes to go in the countdown. NASA has not announced a new launch time for the mission, which was also scrubbed on May 6. – AL.com
Contractors file suit over new Birmingham amphitheater contract
The Black Contractors Association has filed suit against Birmingham Civic Center Authority (BJCC), saying the authority did not host a required meeting of HUB (Historically Underutilized Businesses) contractors before asking for bids for construction of a new amphitheater. – ABC 33/40
