Alabama-built truck wins award

The 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz has been named best pickup truck by the Washington Automotive Press Association. Members of the group evaluated more than 20 new vehicles at their October Fall Rally in Maryland. The Santa Cruz is built at Hyundai’s facility in Montgomery. – Hyundai

Regions revenue up over previous quarter

Regions Financial Corp. announced third-quarter earnings of $624 million, up 2% over the second quarter of the year. The bank’s president and CEO said the earnings were “solid.” – AL.com

 

Waitr offers in-stadium ordering at UA

The University of Alabama has partnered with the delivery service Waitr to provide in-stadium ordering at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Fans can now use the Waitr app to order food and drink from anywhere in the stadium. They’ll receive a notification when the order is ready to be picked up. – WBRC 6
