Beekeeping retail, education center planned for Irondale
Foxhound Bee Company is planning to break ground on a 5,000-square-foot Beekeeping and Pollinator Education Center in Irondale this month. The company says the facility will be a first-of-its-kind facility in Alabama. – Bham Now
The University of Alabama in Huntsville has changed the name of its College of Education to the College of Education, Sport and Human Sciences. The name change, to better describe what’s being taught at the school, takes effect at the start of the 2025-2026 academic year. – Hville Blast
