AU trustees will vote on $323 million Jordan-Hare expansion
The Auburn University board of trustees will vote at its Friday meeting on whether to approve two projects totaling $323 million that would expand Jordan-Hare Stadium. One of the projects is a $305 million multipurpose events center, which will include gameday suites. The other is an $18 million plaza. – Bama Buzz

A portion of the former Brookwood Village, the former Birmingham-area mall recently demolished, has been sold to Creekside Brookwood LLC. The property is adjacent to the former Belk store, which is being converted into a $124 million facility for Andrews Sports Medicine. – AL.com
1st group of Space Command personnel arrive at Redstone Arsenal
The first group of workers from the U.S. Space Command arrived at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville on Wednesday. About 200 personnel are expected to relocate from Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Huntsville this year. – News 19
