Apple CEO donates $100K to Alabama band

Apple CEO Tim Cook has donated $100,000 to the Robertsdale High School band. Cook, a Robertsdale graduate and trombone player in the band, donated the money for marching instruments. – News 19

 

Amazon worker says he was fired for being pro-union

A ship dock worker at Bessemer’s Amazon fulfillment center says he was fired because of his pro-union work at the facility. Ezra Hudson has filed a charge with the National Labor Relations Board alleging retaliation. Amazon denies the charge.   – AL.com
