Anglin Reichmann Armstrong PC has merged with Adamson + Co. PA. The combined firm will operate under the name Anglin Reichmann Armstrong.
The merger strengthens Anglin’s presence in Central Florida. With an office in Polk County, centrally located between Tampa and Orlando, Anglin can deliver additional resources, technology and professional career opportunities to several local communities.
“Central Florida has been on our radar for a long time, and we already have existing relationships and clients there,” said Brandon Smith, managing partner at Anglin.
Eric Adamson, managing shareholder of Adamson + Co., said the merger will improve the firm’s customer services. “A lot will change for the better with technology enhancements, community leadership and job growth that Anglin can bring to our market,” said Adamson. “Plus, I can focus even more time on the advisory side and help my clients grow their businesses, build wealth and legacies.”
Formed in 1990 in Huntsville, Anglin Reichmann Armstrong has offices in Alabama and Florida. It serves clients throughout the Southeast and nationally through niche offerings, including audit, assurance and tax advisory services, CFO services, outsourced accounting and advisory, specialized tax credits and business valuations.
