The Birmingham Association of Realtors and Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Services has hired Amanda Creel as CEO, following a nationwide search. She begins her new role on January 19.
For the last four years, Creel has served as CEO of the Prescott Area Association of Realtors and its MLS in Prescott, Arizona. During her time there, she received national recognition for partnerships with local and state Women’s Council of Realtor networks, helped create a regional Realtor leadership development program, implemented a variety of real estate technology solutions and overhauled the association’s governance structure.
She is an active member of the Arizona Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and is on the boards for realtor.com, National Real Estate Ethics Day and the MMSI Association Management System. An Alabama native, Creel received her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.
