Griffin Lassiter, an economic development veteran who helped land Coca-Cola United’s headquarters and the Barber Motorsports Park during his 25-year career with the city of Birmingham, has retired. Lassiter worked for Alabama Power before becoming senior project manager for Birmingham. – AL.com
