Starnes Davis Florie LLP is pleased to announce that Hall Billings has joined the firm’s Birmingham office. Billings will devote his practice to civil litigation, with a primary focus on representing healthcare providers.
He earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2026, where he served as articles editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, secretary of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and a member of the Christian Legal Society. He was also a Williams Trial Competition finalist.
Billings earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Huntingdon College, where he played baseball and was named an Academic All-Conference Scholar all four years.
