CBI Construction recently broke ground on Abrazo at Rolling Hills, a new build-to-rent, cottage-style community located in St. Augustine, Florida. Upon completion, the community will feature 250 Class A rental units and a thoughtfully designed amenity package that includes a clubhouse, resort-style pool, a walking trail and additional resident amenities.
The community, developed by Tampa-based Third Lake Development, will feature nearly 250,000 square feet of residential units on a 33.26-acre site.

Abrazo at Rolling Hills is located at 300 Bushwood Circle in St. Augustine. The first residential units and clubhouse are scheduled for delivery in April 2027, with full project completion anticipated in December 2027.
