Nebius, an AI infrastructure provider based in the Netherlands, plans a two-building complex on about 75 acres on Birmingham’s Lakeshore Parkway. Birmingham-based Altec is expanding its operation in Mount Airy, North Carolina. The equipment manufacturer says expansion of its production facility there will create 100 new jobs. – The Mount Airy News

Canadian rail company Cando Rail & Terminals will acquire Utah-based Savage Rail, which has operations in Alabama.
