Birmingham restaurant must pay $80K, EEOC says
P.F. Chang’s China Bistro at the Summit in Birmingham has agreed to pay $80,000 to a man who said he was not hired for religious reasons. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced the settlement. The man had said he was not hired because he had to have Sundays off for religious reasons. – AL.com
