Capstone Building Corp. has completed construction of Bartley Lofts, a $71 million multifamily development in downtown Huntsville. The project was completed in conjunction with Huntsville-based Doradus Partners and RCP Companies.
Bartley Lofts spans 344,000 square feet and includes 273 apartments in a six-story, wrap-style building with parking and ground-level retail.
Amenities on the property include a pool with heated spa, outdoor kitchens, a private dining room with entertainment space, coworking lounge, yoga and strength training studio, pet spa, electric vehicle chargers and a 24-hour fitness center.
“Bartley Lofts is a prime example of what’s possible when great vision meets expert execution,” said Brandon Loyd, president of Capstone Building Corp.
Birmingham-based Capstone Building Corp. has completed more than 130 projects in 22 states since 1997. The company has additional offices in Huntsville and Tampa, Florida.
