Heath Kirby has joined First Metro Bank in Athens, serving as mortgage loan originator. With more than 20 years of financial experience, Kirby will serve customers in Limestone, Madison, Morgan and Cullman counties and the surrounding areas.
“I’ve worked for big banks as well as community banks in the past,” said Kirby. “I like the community bank model the best because it provides a unique, hands-on approach to banking. I love how First Metro is always active and participating in local events and organizations. I look forward to being a part of the relationships that First Metro has cultivated in the communities we are a part of.”
A native of Hartselle and an alumnus of Troy University, Kirby is involved in a number of community organizations, including serving as a board member for Habitat for Humanity, a leader for First Priority at Barkley Bridge School and a member of Hartselle Rotary Club and Hartselle City Board of Zoning Adjustment.
