ArcelorMittal has acquired Nippon Steel Corp.’s interest in AM/NS Calvert, which has been renamed ArcelorMittal Calvert. The $5 billion flat rolled steel facility opened in 2010. The change in ownership comes after Nippon Steel’s acquisition of U.S. Steel was approved. – Global Newswire
