Tyce Hudson, project director of advisory services at Freedom Real Estate & Capital LLC, has been promoted to vice president, advisory services. In this role, he will be responsible for leadership and continued growth of the Advisory Services line of business and serve as principal-in-charge on large developments.
“Tyce has been instrumental in building our Advisory Services business from the ground up,” said Lee Holland, president of Freedom. “Over the past year, his leadership has been a driving force behind securing a growing portfolio of major projects.”
Hudson joined Freedom in 2022. Under his leadership, Freedom’s managed project portfolio has grown extensively, according to the company. The advisory team now oversees a slate of high-profile projects such as Alabama A&M University’s new science building and the student amenities building, Clearview Cancer Institute’s Decatur campus, Special Aerospace Services’ manufacturing and assembly facility in Research Park and more.
Prior to joining Freedom, Hudson spent 24 years serving in various roles with the nation’s largest construction manager. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Auburn University. He is also accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction and as a Certified Construction Manager.
