Robins & Morton has finished construction of Redstone Gateway 8100 in Huntsville.
The five-story, 125,000-square-foot office building, developed by Corporate Office Properties Trust, is located just outside Gate 9 at Redstone Arsenal.
“The addition of Building 8100 to the Redstone Gateway development brings another 125,000 square feet of Class A leasable square footage immediately adjacent to Redstone Arsenal and the Huntsville community,” said Stephen Flournoy, project director for Robins & Morton.
The project is the fourth multi-story tilt-wall building constructed by Robins & Morton in the office park since 2020. The tilt-wall construction are pre-assembled concrete panels that are then placed and erected onsite.
Robins & Morton, based in Birmingham, served as the general contractor while Powers Brown Architecture served as architect. The project is pursuing LEED certification as a join RG8000/RG8100 campus submission.
