Mandala Scrubs, a company in New Market that makes health care scrubs and other clothing, ranks 16th on this year’s Inc. 5000 list, the highest ranking of an Alabama company on the list of fastest-growing private companies.
The company made the list for its 17,773% growth in the past three years, according to Inc., which compiles the listing.
Six other Alabama companies made the top 1,000, with 50 Alabama companies making the list overall.
The other six in the top 1,000 are RippleWorx, a Huntsville software company; Golden Tax Relief, a Thomasville financial services company; LeanStream, a Huntsville software company; Garret Contracting, a Decatur construction company; EcoTech, a Spanish Fort manufacturing company; and Port City Industrial, a Mobile logistics and transportation company.
Alabama has 37 repeat honorees on the Inc. 5000 list, including Hoover’s Lake Homes Realty (No. 4,625), which has made the list the past seven years.
