2 Alabama companies at work on South Carolina development

$78 million project includes 296 units

Advenir Oakley Capital and general contractor Capstone Building Corp. are teaming for a $78 million cottage community development in South Carolina.

LEO at Jamestown, a development in Greer, South Carolina, will be managed by Advenir Living and will include 296 units, clubhouse, pool and fitness center on 345,000 square feet of land.

“LEO at Jamestown is a highly anticipated project,” says Jay Chapman, president and CEO of Capstone Building Corp.

The development is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2024.

Capstone Building Corp. has headquarters in Birmingham and works in the multifamily housing development industry. Since 1997, the company has completed 119 projects in 22 states.
